When you upload files to our server, we wanted to let you to know that your data is handled with the utmost care and will never be shared or sold. As part of our commitment to safeguarding your information, we have implemented a strict data retention policy.
Any files that are uploaded are only stored on our server for a maximum of 24 hours. After this time or the when the conversion process is finished, our system has been made to automatically deletes them files from our server. Meaning that all of your files are not stored any longer than necessary, providing everybody with that extra layer of security.
By removing your files, we ensure that your data remains under your control and minimizes the risk of unauthorized access and in return free's up our servers stoage space, both of which are very important to us. This is to maintain your privacy and deliver a safe and secure experience while using any of our services.
